Orders will be delivered within 2- 7 working days from date when order is placed. There is no delivery service on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
You may choose to deliver to one shipping address or delivery to multiple delivery addresses. If you want to deliver your purchased items to more than one shipping address, you can select “Ship to Multiple Address” and assign order to different shipping address.

Yes. Please contact us within 24 hours upon ordering. If your parcel has not been processed or dispatched, we are more than glad to edit the delivery address for you.

Yes, you can select “Self Collection”shipping option to pick up your order from our warehouse. You can select the option during the checkout process.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail with the details of your order.
Please note that your order is not yet ready for collection at this stage. You will receive another e-mail notification for collection once your order has arrived at our office.

You will need to present your ‘Ready for Collection’ Email notification to our friendly staff upon collection.
Goods must be collected within 7 days from the date on which the goods are ready for collection.
We currently only accept online PayPal payment.
Yes. You do not need a PayPal account in order to make payment for your order. To pay without a PayPal account, you can select the "Pay with Credit/ Debit Card "payment option.
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. We do our best to ensure fast delivery and it would be advisable to check your order before placing it.
All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We will only accept exchanges on faulty or incorrect items. All exchange requests have to go through our customer service and the requests will be reviewed by CS, subjected to approval.
We do make an effort to check all items to make sure they are in good condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during delivery. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days upon receiving your order. Kindly clearly state your order number, name and contact number, image of the item (the part that is faulty) and a short description. We will exchange your item for a new one, subject to availability.
